We want to inform you that the following candidates in your upcoming election have officially been disqualified from the race.
Under Utah Code 10-3-208, we are required to notify all eligible voters when this occurs. Please note the following:

• Corynn Annette Arehart has been disqualified from the race for City Council.
• Kirsti A. Kjome has been disqualified from the race for City Council.
• Shantel Kaye Poyner has been disqualified from the race for City Council.

Although the candidate’s names still appear on the ballot, any vote cast for these candidates will not be counted.
This notice is being sent to ensure that you have accurate and up-to-date information before casting your ballot.
